Personal information that Airin collects and how Airin uses and shares it

The contents of any such message will be treated in accordance with Section 2 of the Terms of Use[a], but we will only use your email address to send you messages regarding Airin’s business; if you do not want to receive further emails from us, please click the “unsubscribe” link in any such message. If Airin discovers it has collected any personally identifiable information regarding a child under 16, without verifiable parental consent in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, Airin will immediately delete such information.

California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personally identifiable information which we share with our affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes, and providing contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties. If you are a California resident, you may also request the specific pieces of personal information we have collected from you or request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from you by contacting us at cs@airin.ai. However, we may need to retain such information in certain circumstances if it is necessary to provide you with services you requested or if we use such data only for our internal analytical use. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We will not deny you access to our services, or provide you a lower quality of services if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

We’re constantly trying to improve our services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on the https://www.airin.ai website, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means.
